DevPenh provides free developer utilities. You may use them for personal and commercial work. You are responsible for the data you enter and for checking that results are correct before relying on them.

The tools and guides are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. In particular, the JWT decoder does not verify signatures and must not be used to decide whether a token is trustworthy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator of this site is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or its content.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, overload its hosting, or use automated means to access it in a way that degrades the service for others.
